Ordered x2 Full Grilled Chickens and Fries, I got two over-grilled (burnt out) chicken backs, with chicken breast fillets, no drumsticks and no wings. Disappointed to say the least because I’ve been a customer for many years now. The quality standard has deteriorated considerably.

I usually buy from here and the food is usually very good but today it was disappointing. The chicken as burnt and the fries were so dry and not fresh. No Sweet Chilli sauce for the other full chicken and my kids hardly ate. Not a good meal today. Very disappointed.
